Pineapple Pouches

Place 4 large squares of aluminum foil on counter. Put 1/2 cup of diced pineapple on each square. Put a small square of caramel candy on top of each and sprinkle with cinnamon. Fold up sides and place either in oven at 400 for about 20 min or grill for about 15 min medium high heat.

Serve as dessert! Spike each foil packet with rum for fun!

Grilled Pineapple

After prepping a pineapple or buy already skinned and cored up whole pineapple, cut Pineapple in half and place each half flat side down on two big pieces of aluminum foil. On top of the pineaple rub in cinnamon and brown sugar.  Wrap up pineapple and place on top rack on grill for 15-20 minutes. Open place on serving platter, slice and serve!

(Optional 1/4 cup of Captain Morgan Rum in each foil package 🙂
