Crab Cake Dinner

Oh man these Old Bay Style  Crab Cakes turned out awesome! Made a lite coleslaw to go with it..Just shredded it on mandolin and added shredded carrots, 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar, 2 tbsp red wine vinegar, 2 tbsp reduced fat mayo , 2 tbsp Dijon mustard….season with salt, pepper and 1 tsp celery seed..Chill for hour and enjoy! The sweet potato fries were so easy too! Just cut into wedges, drizzled with olive oil and sprinkled with sea salt  baked at 400 for 45-min, reduced heat for crab cakes and continued to cook until crispy on outside.

I added extra Old Bay seasoning because we like it spicy and it came out really good! Love the lingering taste with the cool effects of the coleslaw…
