Grilled Tuna Steak and Veggie Kabobs

Cut two tuna steaks into kabob style chunks. Season with salt and pepper. Place in shallow dish and marinate with teriaki and lime juice. Chill for 4-6 hours.

Place the tuna alone on two skewers. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Place on metal grilling tray on grill. ( you can purchase at grocery store for a few bucks, spray with cooking spray before placing on grill) cook Tuna steak at medium high for 5-7 min each side ( medium rare). Let sit , will continue to cook.

Use any mixture of veggies, and place on skewers. Spray with cooking spray and season with salt and pepper. Cook for about 10-12 min medium high.

I’m using scallions, mini peppers, and tomatillos.. Little spicy šŸ˜‰
