Blue Cheese Portabella Burgers

Season ground turkey or lean sirloin with salt and pepper and form into patties. Grill over medium high heat.

At the same time, clean large portabella mushrooms and drizzle with olive oil. Place face down on grill. 3-4 min on each side.

Before burgers done, place the crumbled blue cheese on top of the burgers. Allow to melt slightly.

Toast whole wheat buns on the grill as well.

Assemble together blue cheese burger with portabella on top. Enjoy! 😉
