Roasted Asparagus

After cleaning and trimming asparagus ( just bend stem towards the end and it will break where its ready) Place in baking dish or baking sheet lined with foil. Drizzle olive oil, 1/2 lemon squeezed,  season lightly with sea salt and pepper. Roast in oven for about 15 -20 min..

Serve with Dijon mustard or Balsamic vinegar or glaze drizzled on top
