Lemon Dill Salmon

1lb Salmon

1 lemon: halved and on half sliced thin

1/2 bunch fresh dill chopped

pepper

Pre heat oven to 350. Place in baking dish and squeeze 1/2 lemon over Salmon and then put 2 lemon slices on top of each salmon and sprinkle with fresh dill and pepper. Bake 20-25 minutes.

Serve with Roasted Asparagus and brown rice or whole wheat cous cous
