Classic Coleslaw

1/4 cup apple cider vinegar

4 packets of splenda

1 tbsp celery seed

salt and pepper

1 tbsp Dijon mustard

1/2 cup reduced fat mayonnaise

1 package of pre packaged  shredded coleslaw cabbage mix

( I shred my own, including 1/2 regular cabbage, 1/2 red cabbage , thin sliced red onions and shredded carrots)

Whisk together all ingredients except for mayo and then gradually add in. Stir in coleslaw. Chill for 1 hour.

Serve with my North Carolina Style Pulled Chicken
