Classic Coleslaw

1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
4 packets of splenda
Salt and pepper
1 tbspn celery seed
1/2 cup reduced fat mayonaisse
1 tbspn Dijon mustard

Whisk first four ingredients together, add mayonaisse and whisk again. Add mustard and whisk. Stir in coleslaw, chill for atleast 1 hour.

Serve with North Carolina Style Pulled Chicken!
