Dark Chocolate Dipped Strawberries and Pound Cake Kabobs

A fast and easy dessert, sure to please anyone’s tastebuds! Great for parties!

bag of dark chocolate chips

1 pound cake , cut into 1-2 inch squares

Melt chocolate in microwave according to directions. After cleaning and drying strawberries, dip into dark chocolate and place on parchment paper. Once all strawberries dipped, start assembling kabobs: Take one of the short kabob sticks and thread on piece of the pound cake, a strawberry and then another piece of pound cake. Place on a platter your planning on using, but can also be placed in the fridge. Continue with all the remaining items.  Then chill for about 2 hours.
