Toast a 100 calorie whole wheat sandwich thins, Spread 1 tbsp of natural peanut butter on both slices, slice 1/2 banana between the two slices and drizzle agave nectar or honey on top. Sprinkle a little cinnamon too! šŸ™‚

Toast a 100 calorie whole wheat sandwich thin. In microwave safe bowl spray cooking spray and pour 1/3 cup of egg whites into bowl. (I add fresh sliced leeks, you can try anything!) Heat for 1.5-2 minutes. Spread a wedge of any light flavor laughing cow cheese on toast and place egg white on top!
