Flank Steak Marinade

Place flank steak in a shallow dish. Rub down both sides with sea salt and pepper. In a small bowl whisk together 3 limes juiced and zested, 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce ,2 cloves of garlic minced and 1 tbsp cumin. Pour over steak and marinade at least 2 hours, flipping over once.

Grill at medium high heat 5-6 min per side. Remove and let rest before cutting against the grain.

Garlic Grilled Corn

Diced up 6 cloves of garlic

Tear off 4 squares of aluminum foil, clean corn and place on foil. Drizzle with olive oil and salt corn. Divide diced garlic between the four corns. Roll corn around in the oil and garlic and wrap up. (Optional add red pepper flakes to the corn as well) Grill for 15 min rolling on the top rack of grill.

Blue Cheese Coleslaw

Shred a whole purple cabbage head and add to large bowl.

Add a 1/2 bag of shredded carrots

Add a package of crumbled blue cheese

1/4 cup red wine vinegar

1/4 cup EVOO

salt and pepper

Mix together well. Chill in fridge for 1 hour, mix again and add more vinegar or olive oil if needed!
