Grilled Pineapple

After prepping a pineapple or buy already skinned and cored up whole pineapple, cut Pineapple in half and place each half flat side down on two big pieces of aluminum foil. On top of the pineaple rub in cinnamon and brown sugar.  Wrap up pineapple and place on top rack on grill for 15-20 minutes. Open place on serving platter, slice and serve!

(Optional 1/4 cup of Captain Morgan Rum in each foil package 🙂
