Greek Turkey Burgers

1 lb Ground turkey

8oz package of reduced or fat-free feta cheese.

1/2 red onion diced

1/2 jar of sliced pepperchionis or banana peppers

1 tbsp oregano dried ( rub between palms over bowl)

salt and pepper

Add all ingredients to bowl and mix well.  Optional: I pour a little of the juice from the jar of pepperchionis into the mix too 🙂 Form into 4 patties. Either cook stove top or grill! Serve it on a toasted whole wheat bun with a slice of red onion and spread 1 tbsp of reduced fat mayo on bun.

I will either serve up on the side Grilled Rommaine Hearts or Sweet Potato Wedges
